Maltipoos on this page are $1,600 to $1,700. That is the full puppy price and it includes the veterinary health certificate, vaccination and deworming records, microchip and the written 2-year genetic health guarantee. Delivery is quoted separately and usually runs $150 to $300.
What a Maltipoo puppy costsDo Maltipoos shed?
Very little, which is why the breed suits households that dislike hair on furniture. That is not the same as hypoallergenic. No dog is free of allergens, and the trade for a low-shedding coat is brushing: most days at home, with a professional groom every six to eight weeks.
An honest answer on hypoallergenic coatsAre Maltipoos good with children?
They are affectionate and people-focused, which is most of what makes a good family dog. The caution is size: a four to six pound adult is genuinely fragile, so very young children need supervision and a rule about not picking the dog up. Larger Maltipoos in the ten to fifteen pound range are more forgiving of a busy household.
